I like the water alot, 4 hikes? and what's the weather there in mid feb?! I was thinking about going to Monterey,Ca?! But I'll be there for a week w/ my brother and we want to do outdoor stuff like hikes and sample the local foods etc..but not wanting to spend alot of $$.
