...working right? I have different ringtones assigned to different people in my phone's address book, but since yesterday whenever someone calls me, their name doesn't come up on the ID (only the phone # shows but not their name) and the ringtone is like a default one no matter who is calling...

I'm planning on getting a blackberry soon and I'm wondering if you can get caller id separate and not in a package like it says on the site. I know that caller id is 8$/month, so is it possible to go into my local telus store and ask for caller id separate? thanks :)

I have tried to put the settings to all calls for the caller id but still whenever someone calls my cellphone, it still says unknown number. I really need to know this as some people are randomly calling my phone.
