    Engine coolant/anti freeze cap stuck on my Jaguar?

    I cant get the engine antifreeze/coolant cap off my new (second hand) Jaguar. It unscrews and does that normal "popping" sound you get, but then just keeps spinning around and won't come off. Is there a knack to this on Jags, or has it just seized up, and needs re-placing?

    my power cap does not allow 12 volts to go to the amp not even enough to power it. when i removed the cap it then powered up, just stopped working. does it need to have the resistor to power it up? how can i test to see if it works? there is no indicator lights on this one its a street wires...

    well this "car audio system" is installed in my house running off a 12V 60A Computer Power supply. do I connect the cap to the 12V and ground on my amp or connect capasitor negative to PSU 12v positive and connect the capasitor postive to 12V on the amp?
