They are both the same size when you open the cases. Is it just so we can tell them apart or is there another reason?

I've checked Verizon, Circut City, Best Buy, Radio Shack, and FYE. I couldnt find any. I saw where some people we're saying that some cases are included. I just ordered my phone online today.

I notice in some Supreme Court cases, like Brown v. Board of Education for example, wikipedia says, "Argued December 9, 1952 Reargued December 8, 1953" reargued??? Wasn't the 1st time good enough? Why do they have to argue twice? and why did they have to wait an entire year to argue again?
