From which satellites and frequencies does rogers get its international channel feeds like japan tv or other intrrnational channel feeds ?

Specifically nicktoons 178? And if so how much?

All the SD channels are playing what the guide says should be playing but all the HD channels keep showing the wrong movie and its the same movie on every Starz channel. Any idea what i could do to fix it? or what could be wrong? i'd call but i think its too late so i'd have to wait till...
