The cheesecake was marked perishable and it was not picked up until 3 days later. It was sitting in a mailroom at room temperature. Is it good?

I'm making my boyfriend one for valentines day but im bored.. can i make it now and leave it until saturday afternoon to eat it? If i leave it longer will it be more sturdy?
