can you get text ringtones for cingular?

Can I use a Cingular Sim Card in a T-Mobile Phone? (More in Details)?
A friend of mine had an old phone so he gave it to me. I have a prepaid Cingular Phone, and I want to use the T-Mobile phone. But when I put in the Cingular Sim Card it says Wrong Card. Is there away to get past this? Or should I just abandon it? -

Can I use my ATT cingular phone for an ATT prepaid service?
I already have a ATT plan, but I want to cancel that and change to prepaid or "Pay as you go" Is it possible for me to keep my old phone and just pop in the prepaid simcard? I like my old phone, thats why. -
