    Is this an appropriate and clean way to wash a dish by hand?

    My dad just puts soap on the sponge and scrubs the dish then rinses it off. Sponges are apparently full of bacteria so this doesn't sound that clean, I scrub the dish then put soap on it by hand. Is what my dad doing clean enough?

    how to clean snowmobile injectors?
