clip

I'm putting songs on my cousin's MP3 player. I put them on there using windows media player all songs were in mp3 format. When I unplug the mp3 player it says there are no songs on it. When I plug it back up to the computer it says there are songs on it. Can someone help?

I am doing a science project and I am trying to do narrations. whenever I make the narrations clip louder it mutes that one clip but also the other clips. how do i make it so that 1 clip is the only clip muted?
