    When I install the newest DivX the only thing that works is the codecs.

    Everything else is buggy.? The webplayer only buffers but never plays. The divx player itself does nothing it will not play any file whatsoever.     What is the difference between Xvid and DviX codecs?

    I wient to convert some MOV files into AVI and I can see, in the "advanced" button, the choice between on codec or the other. Both for the purpose of converting MOV files to AVI's. Thanks for your help!

    Does windows media player 11 come with x vid and divx codecs already installed?

    When you download windows media player 11 do you then have to download x vid and divx codecs? I had windows media player xp and I can't remember downloading any xvid and divx codecs and files with xvid and divx played just fine.

    I got this pop-up reading me this: Setup has detected that you have the DivX Bundle installed on your computer. The K-Lite Codec Pack is also able to install the DivX codecs. Would you like to uninstall the DivX Bundle? What are the pro and cons of getting K-Lite instead of DivX?
