    Can't open Xvid configure decoder?

    So, I'm trying to get rid of the green bar when I try to publish a video on windows movie maker and the instructions that I've found say to open the Xvid configure decoder but when I try to open it an error box comes up saying that the module cannot be found. So what does this mean?
