five sticks a day is fine. 7 cups of water is a good start, but you could easily do more. Ice water takes energy to heat up.

im a girl(12) and im wondering how much water im suposed to drink, since im starting to hit puberty. i have these water bottles that i dont know how big they are. it says on the bottle .5L (1 PT, 0.9 FL OZ). how many of those should i drink daliy
i love them things. i bought like 15 bags of them today, and i want to know a healthy way to eat them all. like, eat em all, then exercise it off, or eat and exercise at the same time, or not exercise at all (id rather do that)
