    I just did 60 days with a 1000 calorie daily deficit, and didnt lose 1lb, why?

    I'm 27yr male, 5'9, 220lbs. I calculated my base caloric level at 2133, worked out at minimum 600cal burned/day for 60 days, eating healthy food a total of 1700cals/day.     ...he will double it in 6 months? Your wife says hey I charged 2,000 on the credit card today, even though we can't afford it. For payback and spite you go out and charge 6,000 tomorrow. How is that any different than the debit Obama is creating all to get his pet projects funded!
