I reset it played with settings and still same problem

Everytime we recieve a call on our Motorola DEFY android phone, the annoying phone talks instead of having a ringtone and repeats the number or the contact name over and over again. How the hell do we turn this off??

I currently have a plan without any data. I've been with t-mobile for a year. Now i called they told me i could get new phones. I wanna get the Motorola Defy. What would be the best data plan to get? does the 10 dollar data plan is unlimited?

title says it all, i downloaded Bluetooth tools for my motorola defy, the zip file contains a manifest file and many others, where do i: a. put the zip file on my phone OR b. extract the files to in the phone so i can install, this is very important and needs to be done ASAP tx in advance
