delete

i synced pictures off my PC to my iphone 4 and now i want to get them off my phone but i dont know how! I have already tried deleting the pictures out of my "iPod Photo Cache" album in "MY Pictures" on my PC

I want to get rid of the factory installed apps I do not use so I can free up some space. I always have to delete apps I want because it tells me I am low on space. I put everything I can on the SD card but not all apps will let me.

i do NOT want to delete my whole blog it has like 20,000 posts but i want to delete my second blog which is linked to it. when i try deleteing it , it has my main blog and it says leave this blog, will that delete my main blog? please helpp ! please and thanks.
