    how come my dial up internet opens as an administration?

    how come my dial up internet didn't open as an administration and it suddenly started to open as it and i don't want it to. I tried reinstalling it but still doesn't work. An "ADMINISTRATION" is when a program is not recognized by the computer and it says it needs my permission to open.

    Does any one have any suggestions on how to boost my dial up internet speed?

    I use to have broadband, And had to resort to dial up. It is very painful! lol Help! My connection speed is only 49.2 Kbp's. Phone company says no matter who my server is, it is the max I can get. There are no other broadband services in my area besides Roadrunner and well I they want over 500$...

    i just bought a motorola krzr and when im on a call i cant use the numbers to respond to the automated service. can anyone tell me if that is happening to all motorola krzr? i need to be able to dail while im on calls for work so this is important. or should i just get a new phone?
