diarrhea

    how long is it normal not to have a bowel movement after having diarrhea?

    i had severe diarrhea that lasted roughly 24 hours. I've been eating since and haven't had a bowel movement as of yet. this is the 3rd day roughly 72 hours. Should i be worried or take a mild laxative or just wait? I've been drinking tons of water.
