I have a convertible caravan that weights approx 1 ton and would like to know if anybody has had any experience towing with this car. I am just a bit worried the car is not man enough having experienced problems with a peugeot 307SW 2.0L (Turbo Diesel 90BHP). Any info would be much appreciated.

I am curious about how the turbo works and how they measure its output? Also why doe they measure the exhaust temperature in those big diesels?
