It's my turn to cook and I'm looking for a {relatively} straight forward dinner menu for my boyfriend. He's Italian so I want to either try my best to get it close- or stay COMPLETELY away and let nonna (grandma) take best cook award. Love to bbq and love fresh ingredients. Thanks!
I am a 'meat and potatoes' girl and it doesn't seem like a meal without the big platter of some kind of beef, pork, chicken or fish, but I would like to cook something that is really a good stick-to-your-ribs kind of big meal for my friend.
