    my dvd and cd drive which was drive E and F have disappeared from my...

    ...computer,can anyone help? I started my computer in safe mode to do a good clean up I ran Registry Defense,SmithfraudFix,and norton file cleanup.and now the 2 drives will not work and are missing when I open my computer.Thanks for any advice.
