disconnected

asks for the wep key? Our second computer wont connect because of this wep key, whereabouts do i find this key? Do i have to contact my service provider? thank you.

so, i get dissceonnected from xbox live like every ten minutes my xbox is hooked to my laptop from an ethernet cable, and the laptop is connected to wi-fi i have tryed callin qwest (internet provider) and xbox and neither have helped
