I've watched all of DB and DBZ, but not GT. How is it? Why do so many people hate it?

Wouldn't it be nice if they made episodes from when gohan(grandpa) found goku on to the beginning of DB? Just to fill in the gap. i mean yeah we know goku fell on his head and he changed but what about everything else. detail.

I saw on youtube the dragonball kai uncut, where goku says damn when he gets hit by raditz, and theres blood, and piccolos special beam cannon is said in the original japanese attack? Is the "uncut" bluray like that?

If you have watched Dragonball the whole entire series is just one name I don't want to buy the cut version the uncut with everything.

A lot of my friends seem to like GT better than Z, but personally I'm not that big of a fan. To me, the GT series is like all the episodes of Pokemon PAST the 1st generation. It's just weird with all the saiyan levels... Like turning into half monkeys, changing fur color, going from black hair...
