I'm looking for a FABULOUS homecoming dress this year and I can't find any places that really wow me! Price isn't a big deal I jsut want a place that I can find the perfect dress :)

I'm holding my 15th birthday party at the weekend, and it's fancy dress up as old cartoon characters from the nineties. All my other friends are dressing up as really good characters, but i can't think of anything to go as...PLEASE HELP!!! I was thinking along the lines of looney toons...
