Just bought a pantech duo cannot connect my Bluetooth earpiece, anyone know how?

Which is best? Any that I should just take AWAY from my options? Mostly looking for: Easy texting, Good (talking on the phone) sound quality, Wide variety of good games, reliable, and bearably user friendly Pointing towards iPhone.. Or should I reconsider?? thanks!

I have a pantech duo, obviously with Bluetooth and all, and i'm trying to figure out how to send a file, specifically a picture from my phone to a bluetooth enabled computer. I already have bluetooth On for both devices, and i've even linked them so they are connected, but I can't find an option...

...to the internet? I have a pantech duo with AT&t but it doesn't have any internet access to get ringtones, so how else can i put some on?
