    Problem with my 2002 E320 Mercedes-Benz?

    The A/C-Heater panel abouve the radio has completely froze up wont light up or let you put any buttons, and it won't blow any air. Plus there is a loud clicking noise. I have already tried to un-hook the battery to see if that resets it but it didn't. Any suggestions on what it might be?
