I tend to lose weight when I don't eat and no I don't GAIN it back and yea yea its "unhealthy" but what im looking for is what makes you feel full?apetite depressant Besides coffee....I want to starve myself

cereal with water (80 cals) -i know i need a more nutritious start, but i have difficulty eating foods until lunch as i panic about eating too much. lol (i was meant to have scotch pancakes as a treat, but when i saw the fat content it went from one to none and went with cereal instead)

lunch: 2 slices of whole wheat bread (natures own, 50 calories) and 2 tbsp of peanut butter, with a banana and PB.
