I just replaced the ECU on my Rav4 for the same issue everyone else does... I bought the O.E.M. ECU from a dealer, but it was shipped to me and I installed it myself. Do I have to take it to a dealer to have it programmed to my Automatic transmission, or does it come programmed? Thanks all!

Hi can anyone please help me every times the ecu unit touches the body of the car its short and blown the 15 amp fuse under the bonnet i have open the unit and found there are 2 wires sticking out from under the 2 legs of the capacitor that's touches the cover of the unit,is the 2 wires suppose...
