eggs

The reason is that I'd like to make a mix (homemade) that you only need to add water to. I want to send some of the mix to my brother in college, and I doubt he has anything like eggs, milk or butter because he's on a meal plan. I'm pretty sure all he has is water. What can I do?

I have everything else in the world.. flour, white sugar, brown sugar, powdered sugar, butter, vegetable oil, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla, peanut butter, marshmellows, etc.. I just do not have eggs. Anyone have something good?
