How much is the price of the ticket if i book now to travel at the end of November?

I am going to be in Egypt in April or May of 2010. I am trying to find a web page that offers the clothing and head coverings that today's Egyptians wear. I burn easily and most definitely want to be covered but cool. Any help would be great.
