My question is how important is GPA viewed to future employers? For example, I am a junior at a high ranking state school and my GPA right now is about a 2.3, I wanted to know how this affected my chances of finding work out of school (I am looking to get into the Information Technology field)...

...Internet or go to an actual building? I know going to an Ivy League college vs. going to a community college could affect whether you get a job or not, but would attending college via the Internet instead of to an actual building matter to potential employers? How?
