I need the fan and fan motor and fan blades and fan relay or switch fuse..... can anyone help me locate this part. I am having problems finding it. and $$$ how much$$$ thanks so much..... I changed the thermostat today and added new coolant fluid. What else may be causing this...

I was driving my 96 Lexus ES300 on a 55 road, then i quickly accelerated to about 65 then braked back down asap. After another stop light i sped up again then slowed down to make a left turn into my neighborhood, when i heard some sort of shaking noise under the hood, and it started smoking...
