I want to use the formula y=x/(100+x) to then get a chart of x and y values as well as a graph. I also want a graph of the derivative. How do I do this?

on my excel graph, the data that is in the x axis is dates. However, when I put it as a graph, the data skips to every other date (on x axis is says 1940 1942 1944) however, I need every single date to appear on the graph, not every other. How can I fix the x axis to where all dates are shown?

I'm trying to justify and right/left align the text in cells. So far, I've only found one:

spreadsheet refreshes on a schedule? I have an Excel spreadsheet that imports web data and refreshes regularly on a specified time interval. I want to put these data onto the web and the web shows the Updates automatically. I prefer answers that do not assume too much computing knowledge.
