    Can you sort data on excel while still pairing it with its original data?

    For example, I want to alphabetize a spread sheet but the names are paired with numbers that match them. So if I alphabetize it the numbers wont match the right person anymore, is there anyway to sort on excel without losing the correctly paired data?

    How do you put the time as the format for Excel?

    I want to include the time in a block thingy on Microsoft Excel. I want it to be like 2 hours 5 minutes or even with it abbreviated would be fine. but I just want to know how 2 put that as a format so I would then be able to make a block that would add it all up for me.
