I recently went from 130 to 153 :(. I am trying to get back into shape. I was wondering if I were to do three to four hours a day on an exercise bike, how much weight could I loose? How many months do you think it would take to get back to 130 if I were to do this.

All the exercise bikes at my gym are the non electronic ones so I can't see how many calories I'm burning like most treadmills show.
