...engage in any forward gears? engine is running really well after tuneup. thought maybe it was kick down cable but fixing that didnt work

No problem when warmed up but seems like a carbureated Choke vehicle with a choke opening too quick. If I'm at a light and start when it's been running but not fully warmed up it dies. Takes several minutes and starts before the engine will stay lit? How do I fix a choke that I can't see?

i have a miss in the engine that is not constant and is worse at times than others.it has started being more frequent.
