I have a Samsung mobile SGH- F480. It keeps continuously restarting itself. i cant even get to the main screen to do anything. the only way i can shut it off by removing the battery. Before shutting of it shows the massage "whassup?"

i have a samsung f480 and when i try and connect the phone to the computer it says phone is busy go back to then main screen and try again..

It says that the text message memory is full, but when i go to text messages and memory status it says i have space for another 300 texts. has anyone had this problem/know whether or not i can fix it?
