i got Fallout 3 GOTY edition. ive installed it after a long wait. but went to play, and its just the game, without the DLC.
ive now installed the dlc on disc 2 twice, but still not working.

When I talk to people directly in Fallout 3 Game of the Year edition, their voices get fuzzy and muffled, but listening to them without talking to them sounds normal. Is this a problem with my game or hardware? Or does everyone have it? If so, how do I turn it off?
