frame

I have this one mountain bike, but its wheel is broken. The rear wheel is busted. I'm thinking of changing both wheels to the thinner road bike's wheels but I'm not sure if it would fit. Also, how much do the wheels generally cost?

My car was in an accident yesterday. It rear-ended a stopped truck at 40mph straight on. The hood was peeled back, airbag deployed, whole-nine yards. The passenger door will not open. Is this a possible frame issue? Everything around the radiator was pretty much smashed. See the pic here...
