When it turns on the screen is black, the lens are out, and the blue light indicting that is on. When ever I try to turn it off it doesn't and it just stays frozen. I also took out the battery put it back on and pushed the lens in, when ever I would do that the lens would stay inside, the camera...
i had the lock on so that if i turn off my phone and turn it back on you have to punch in 4 numbers, i turned off my phone and turned it back on, now the touch screen is locked and i cant get it to unfreeze.i can still use all of the side buttons, but its rather useless.
My computer freezes at screen saver forcing me to shut it down holding down the power button.
