This is a Toyota 4 Runner 1998. A few months ago I replaced the front pads. All seemed to be ok. Now for some reason the front breaks appear to lock up temporarily. What could be causing this? I've tried to bleed the calipers but no luck.

...is all choppy scratchy and distorted? is there anyway I can fix it?...if You know please tell me as soon as possible

I removed the skid plate under the differential. I see 2 hex head fittings, maybe 10mm. One is at the bottom, and one is on the drivers side. Are these the plugs? There is not much height difference between them.
