I wanna know which one wont slow my computer down so please help

I just downloaded Frostwire on my laptop, and downloaded a song. But, earlier it would not play and a window poped up saying that it was not legal or something. Now, I try to play it and nothing happens at all. Also, TuneUp is unable to load on my itunes. Hope you can help

okay so i just got frostwire today and i dowloaded it on my computer then i go and search a song and it downloaded but when i tried to download anothor song and it said its downloading but it stays at 0% the whole time and wont load same with other songs i tried. please help?
