I was scrolling through my songs and all of a sudden it froze and I can't do anything on it. I can still see the screen and it's lit up. I tried pressing the middle and menu button down for a few seconds but it won't work. Please help! it also has a lowish battery...if that helps ok i tried...

call att and talk to tech... or u may have to do a soft reset.. either way theyll be able to help u when u call.. if neither of those things fixes it then u might still be under warranty

It will let me click the button, Slide to unlock, and then when i got to type in my password, the numbers wont show up in the boxes. i cant turn it off, but i can put it in sleep mode. ANY HELP?! What does restoring it mean?
