...the starter keeps blowing? Its one fuse shared by both things. It started out of no where...turned the car off and then it wouldnt start...replace the fuse and it starts but when you turn it back off the fuse blows... any idea what this could be from???

It is an electrical wiring problem. Most likely you have some sort of short and it is overpowering the fuse and needs professional attention. It is one thing if you can replace a fuse but a whole different story if your car needs to be rewired.
