I just rooted my phone. But how do I get Clockwork Recovery. I don't understand the 3th step ( http://bit.ly/L7XiDa ). Is there another way to get Clockwork Recovery?

I downloaded a rom from rom manger went to recovery mode to get it i reboot but it keep on freezing so went back to recovery mode deleted everything then i reboot it but it just stayed at the Samsung logo can i fix this or is it bricked
