How many platy will fit in a 15 gallon? And how many can live in a 20 gallon? And if I want to breed can I just separate part of the tank to put the fry in?

i have 2 Mickey Mouse Platy, 2 Guppy, 2 African Dwarf Frog and 2 female betta i was thinking about A Dwarf Gourami and maybe some Neon Tetra or GloFish if this set up is ok what else would be good to add?? thanks

They both cost around 150 dollars, so the price doesn't matter. I currently have 3 4" goldfish, a snail, and a small sucker fish. I am not sure which would be best to buy. help please! thanks :D
