when i try to play call of duty online a message comes up saying.. this current gamer profile can not play online the thing is... i could play online before this happend.. can anybody tell me how i can solve this WITHOUT deleting or loosing any of my things

My ex boyriend put both our gamer tags on his e-mail account and i now have my own xbox but it will only let me retrieve his. How do I get my own tag on my xbox? I do ask for my own gamer tag but since the account is under his e-mail, it will only give me the option to retrieve his.

i'm going to change my gamer tag tomorrow and i need some ideas.

For some reason my 360 gamer profile works perfectly fine in the dash board but whenever i start playing any game it fails to recognize any of my achievements and won't allow access to my music but i can still get to my game saves.... any advice?
