Thinking of buying a new one, just because there always seems to be something wrong with the used ones I get... Is it worth it? It always seems to be one of those tings that people end up throwing out. I do not have a membership to a club or anything.

in general, Are they like German cars, and generally good quality etc? what about specifically a '99 Saab 9-3? (also, would it be auto, or manual?)
