    Gimp tool options on a mac pop up in different window?

    When i was using gimp on my mac computer i hit something and now when ever i hit one of the paint brush tools the options for that tool pop up in a different box and i dont like it. How do i change it back to when the options just showed up under all the paint brushes in the same window...

    help on GIMP 2 i got a picture from the internet and put it on GIMP when i print...

    ...it it is way too big? so i scale the image down and it gets very unclear and turns into huge pixels. how can i scale it down and keep it clear and nice.

    Which is better Gimp or photoshop?

    I like to collect software. Right now I have adobe photoshop 7.0 and cs3 extended, I know how to use both of them very very well. But as I said I collect software and I would like to know if Gimp would be worth adding to my photo editing arsenal.
