I want to upgrade to 2.3 Gingerbread from 2.2 Froyo. Can anybody help me out with this?

I just read something that some of the the newer droids are getting in Q2 and it also said droid incredible and im not sure if they meant the current one im using now or a new one coming out? Does anyone know? Oh and Q2 means before summer, right? Thanks.

Hi, I got the system update for android today and I had my phone charging when I got it, and after it was fully installed, there were no visable changes or anything and everything is just the same. I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing any simular problems and/ or knew how to fix it?
