on kingdom hearts 1 you are supposed to pull a rope on the inside of the shop so u can use the red trinity on the roof. Where is that rope?

I recently found the CD for the game, Gizmos & Gadgets. I want to get it working on my laptop, which is running Windows XP. When I put it into my CD drive and try to run it, I get an error message saying that it is not a valid Win32 application. Is there any way to get this game working. Oh and...
